    After completing our free online estimator you will receive an instant offer. Once you have accepted the estimate for your laptop you will be sent a protective packaging with a FedEx pre-paid shipping label or if you have your own box we can email you a prepaid FedEx shipping label (choosing FedEx prepaid label with your own package may speed up process by 5-7 days: you do not have to wait for our box to arrive to you location). Just simply attach pre-paid shipping label to the box and drop it off at your local FedEx location. We will mail you a check or transfer money via PayPal the next business day after we receive and inspect your laptop.

  • How will I receive my payment?

    We will mail you a check or transfer the money via PayPal the next business day after we receive and inspect your laptop.

  • Do I need to erase all the data and personal information on my hard drive?

    All information you have stored on your laptop will be permanently erased, we reformat each and every hard disk we receive.

  • What happens if you disagree with the condition that you selected for my laptop?

    If the model or condition of the laptop we receive from you does not match what was described from our online form, we will send you an email with a revised quote. If you are not happy with it we will return your laptop free-of-charge. Returned items will be shipped via FedEx ground (tracking number will be provided ) and should arrive within 7 business days.

    Yes, shipping is 100% free. We will pay for it!

  • How can I track my laptop?

    You can simply go to fedex.com/us/track a shipment. You just need to enter a tracking number from email that we will send you.
